Conservatives who celebrated Neil Gorsuch taking the bench this week may have even better news coming this summer. Senator Chuck Grassley, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, told his native Muscatine Journal that he “would expect [another SCOTUS] retirement this summer.” Rumors have circulated for months that another Justice may be ready to retire.
